SHIPPING POLICY
Team 1 Performance exclusively ships via UPS on all orders considered non truck
freight. Team 1 Performance will only ship to the fifty U.S states and Canada which
excludes all other international destinations. In the event that you place an order
to an International address not listed above, Team 1 Performance reserves the right
to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Most products ordered will ship within 1-2 business days, some exceptions may
include back ordered and/or manufacturer drop-shipped items.
If the product is in stock, most orders are received within 3-5 business days
depending on your location. Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may
take 1-2 weeks to be received. If you would like to check inventory or estimated
ship date please contact us.
Team 1 Performance may offer free UPS Ground shipping on some promotional items.
When these free shipping offers are extended, they are good only to U.S addresses
within the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the
U.S. Virgin Islands.
Free shipping is UPS Ground. This offer does not apply to truck freight items.
Free Next Day Air Shipping: Team 1 Performance's free Next Day Air shipping is
available on specially marked products listed on topitrides.com. This free Next Day
offer is good only to U.S addresses within the 50 U.S. states, which excludes
Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
APO/FPO Shipping (Military Address)
Team 1 Performance CANNOT ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses because we
utilize UPS. (which does not ship to APO/FPO addresses) As an option, you may want
to consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to
the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service.
Team 1 Performance reserves the right to change this offer at any time.
WARRANTY
Team 1 Performance does not manufacture any of the products they carry and
therefore do not imply nor offer any warranty on them. All product warranties if
any, implied have been done so at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need
warranty assistance on any product you've purchased, please contact the
manufacturer directly.
RETURN POLICY
- You must call for an RMA# before making any return!
- All returns made to Team 1 Performance must be in the original box with all parts
included.
- All returns must be sent with a copy of the original receipt, explanation of the
problem and Return Number.
- All returns for full credit must be received by Team 1 Performance within 30 days
of the product being received by the customer. (determined by UPS Tracking info)
- Customer is 100% responsible for all shipping costs on returned merchandise.
- Credit will be issued after the product and its contents are inspected and found
to be in brand new condition as shipped to the buyer.
- Some products may carry a restocking fee of 5%-15% on returns. Team 1
Performance reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any product being
returned.
- Shipments refused by you the customer and returned back to Team 1 Performance
will carry an automatic 15% restocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.
Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:
- Product has been installed and/or used
- Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
- Product is shipped back with out original box, manual and/or parts
- Seal on electrical parts is broken
- Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
- Product is deemed not re-sellable by Team 1 Performance due to customers own
actions in dealing with the product
All Edge Products, and PPE product returns will not be accepted without an RMA#
from the manufacturer. Once you have received the manufacturer's RMA number you
still MUST get an RMA number from Team 1 Performance. Once the product is returned
and inspected you will be issued a Store Credit or Exchange.
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
TEAM 1 PERFORMANCE will special order almost any product that is carried by our
manufacturers. To order non-stock, special order items, a pre-payment in full is
required. Pre-payment is non-refundable/non-transferable, and special order items
are non-cancellable/non-returnable. Manufacturers vary delivery time, so estimated
times of arrivals are not guaranteed. Special order products are not listed on the
website and must be purchased directly through a sales representative. |
