Program Goal: Increase upper body strength and muscle mass and improve lower body agility, footwork, and explosive mobility.
Level: Proficient
Summary: An extension of our successful PEL program, ELITE 6 or 9 is reserved for athletes who are proficient in the weight room. For the first half of each training session, athletes will work on upper body strength and muscle mass development utilizing 1 of 4 main lifts and multiple ancillary movements. The second half of the session is focused on explosive power, agility, mobility, and footwork utilizing plyometrics, boxes, resistant band work, ladders, cones, and stability training.
