6-Week & 9-Week Lifting Programs

“We are not developing body builders or powerlifters. Our strength and muscle development programs produce athletes who are stronger, more explosive, and mobile for game-time play!” – Coach Mike

HELPING ATHLETES EARN IT!

Training Middle/High School & Collegiate Athletes

Program Option-1:
Progressive Explosive Lifting (PEL)

Program Goal: To produce measurable upper/lower body strength and muscle mass while promoting measurable explosive mobility.

Level: Beginner to proficient in the weight room

Summary: Through proper coaching, athletes will utilize three main lifts, six ancillary movements, and various plyometrics. Each athlete is assessed for explosiveness and strength prior to the program. Using the strength assessment results, athletes receive their individual progressive 6-week lifting program along with specific calorie guidelines. Each training week athletes report calorie intake and are accountable to adhering to the program recommendations. At the conclusion of the 6-weeks athletes will be assessed again to measure program results and a pre/post measurement report is provided.
