Training Middle/High School & Collegiate Athletes

Program Option-1:
Progressive Explosive Lifting (PEL)

Program Goal: To produce measurable upper/lower body strength and muscle mass while promoting measurable explosive mobility.

Level: Beginner to proficient in the weight room

Summary: Through proper coaching, athletes will utilize three main lifts, six ancillary movements, and various plyometrics. Each athlete is assessed for explosiveness and strength prior to the program. Using the strength assessment results, athletes receive their individual progressive 6-week lifting program along with specific calorie guidelines. Each training week athletes report calorie intake and are accountable to adhering to the program recommendations. At the conclusion of the 6-weeks athletes will be assessed again to measure program results and a pre/post measurement report is provided.

Program Option-2:
ELITE – Upper Body Mass/Strength, Lower Body Mobility/Agility

Program Goal: To produce measurable upper body strength and muscle mass and lower body agility, footwork, and explosive mobility.

Level: Proficient in the weight room

Summary: An extension of our successful PEL program, ELITE is reserved for athletes who are proficient in the weight room. The first half of each training session is focused on upper body strength and muscle mass development utilizing 1 of 4 main lifts and multiple ancillary movements. The second half we switch gears to explosive power, agility, mobility, and footwork training utilizing plyometrics, resistant band work, ladders, cones, and stability modalities.

Both Programs include:
* Pre-program test & measures
* Individual 6-Week progressive lifting programs
* Professional coaching on proper form & mechanics
* Stretching Modalities for Mobility and Mechanics Correction
* Daily nutrition counseling & accountability
* Post-program results report print-out

Option 2 – ELITE: MWF, 6:30pm-7:45pm

Option 2 – ELITE: 2:00pm-4:00pm
